Leading San Gabriel Valley Public Agency law firm is seeking a litigator to join our dynamic team in the representation of cities, school districts and other public agencies. Candidates will possess strong written/verbal communication skills. Dedicated work principles and professional and ethical skills are essential.
- Our law firm is seeking California attorneys with three to five years of litigation experience.
- Strong background and knowledge of the discovery process and law and motion procedures addressing a variety of civil, tort and employment/labor law litigation matters.
- Past representation of public agencies, cities and school districts, preferred. Experience in all areas of tort litigation matters, police conduct representation, wrongful termination, discrimination, and harassment claims. Experience in employment litigation or related fields is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders. Excellent working environment with the ability to develop skills under the guidance of experienced litigators and senior associates.
- Must possess a minimum 3 years Civil & Public Agency Defense Litigation
- Trial Experience Preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
