Pritchard Injury Firm is excited to announce an opportunity for a full-time, experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our team at our main office in Woodstock, GA. Our firm is focused on providing the highest level of client service and obtaining superior personal injury case results. Key Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1-2 years as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal in Woodstock (Required).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred).
- Skills: Proficiency in litigation processes, strong organizational abilities, and familiarity with case management software (Filevine experience is a plus).

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients throughout their treatment process, ensuring their needs are met.
- Draft Complaints, Interrogatories, Requests to Produce, Deposition Notices, and all Discovery Responses
- Prepare Attorneys for Trial
- Coordinate service of process for newly filed complaints.
- Enter and manage case information in case management software (Filevine).
- Coordinate and gather medical records and bills during the demand phase.
- Negotiate outstanding client balances with providers and lien holders.
- Draft legal correspondence such as Letters of Representation, Demand Letters, and Reduction Requests.
- Investigate facts, interview witnesses, and analyze initial evidence.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with statutes of limitation and other legal deadlines.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Salary:
- $50,000 to $60,000 (depending on experience) per year.
