The caseload will consist of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bite, and other cases.
Responsibilities:
- Draft correspondence and other forms
- Analyze, organize, and redact documents, as needed
- Review and summarize medical records
- Draft demand letters
- Gather evidence
- Manage multiple deadlines and tasks
- Communicate with clients, adjusters, counsel, and others
- Ensure overall organization of case file in our electronic case management system
- Various other duties as they arise

- Spanish-speaking is a plus
This is a full-time (40 hours weekly) position that requires interpersonal skills, empathy and compassion, as well as supporting the Firm standards and its core values. Once training is complete, this may be a hybrid position.
