Pre-Litigation Paralegal

Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of pre-litigation experience. The caseload will consist of motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, dog bite, and other cases.

Responsibilities:

• Draft correspondence and other forms
• Analyze, organize, and redact documents, as needed
• Review and summarize medical records
• Draft demand letters
• Gather evidence
• Manage multiple deadlines and tasks
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, counsel, and others
• Ensure overall organization of case file in our electronic case management system
• Various other duties as they arise

• Knowledge and ability to function in MS Office products
• Bachelor's Degree (required)
• Spanish-speaking is a plus

This is a full-time (40 hours weekly) position that requires interpersonal skills, empathy and compassion, as well as supporting the Firm standards and its core values. Once training is complete, this may be a hybrid position.
