Requirements
- 3 years of litigation experience in Federal Court (must be proficient with PACER)
- Strong knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Experience with Mass Tort, Products Liability, and/or Trucking cases a plus
- MDL case experience preferred
- Experience reviewing medical records is a plus
- Job stability is a must
