Human Resources Manager – Atlanta Office
We are partnering with a national law firm that is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for its Atlanta office. This individual will oversee local HR operations and work closely with the Office Managing Partner. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Supervise and support non-legal staff, managing workload, workflow, and team coordination.
- Partner with firm leadership on compensation reviews, retention initiatives, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and firm policies.
- Coordinate benefits administration, leaves of absence, and workplace events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Law firm experience is required.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
