Pristine Hands LLC is a growing residential and commercial cleaning company serving the Norfolk, Virginia Beach, and Chesapeake area. We’re expanding our team and looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaning technicians to join us.
What You’ll Do
- Perform residential and commercial cleaning (standard maintenance cleans, deep cleans, and vacation rental turnovers)
- Follow our cleaning checklists to ensure consistent, high-quality results
- Handle tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, organizing, and laundry as needed
- Represent Pristine Hands professionally in clients’ homes and businesses
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable transportation or willingness to be picked up for scheduled jobs
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Prior cleaning experience preferred but not required — we’ll train the right person
- Must pass a background check
Schedule
- Flexible scheduling, days vary based on client bookings
- Weekend availability a plus (especially for vacation rental turnovers)
Pay & Benefits
- $17–$20/hour, paid weekly
- Opportunity for more hours as we grow
