Carolina Shine is a small growing residential cleaning business focused on high-quality, detailed, and consistent service. Most of our clients are recurring (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), which means stable work and familiar homes - not chaos or constant turnover. We take pride in what we do and are looking for someone who feels the same.

What This Job Is (and Isn’t):
This is a consistent, low-stress position with a set schedule - ideal for someone who values stability and takes pride in doing things the right way.

This is not a good fit for someone looking for random hours or frequent call-outs.

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday (no weekends required) Start time of 7-8am and typically finished by 1-3pm.
• Morning start times
• Consistent weekly schedule
• Opportunity for additional hours if desired

Pay & Perks:

• Pay based on experience and performance
• Steady, consistent schedule with predictable weekly hours.
• Holiday bonuses (full-time team members received $300 last year in Christmas bonuses)

• All gas is covered for travel between client homes. Additional mileage reimbursement may be offered for team members who regularly drive.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Detailed residential cleaning (kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, floors, etc.)
• Maintaining consistency in recurring homes
• Following a structured system (we don’t rush and cut corners)

What We’re Looking For (Non-Negotiable):

• No prior cleaning experience required! In fact, it's often a plus. We believe it's easier to teach someone our high standards and attention to detail from the ground up than it is to break old habits.
• Reliable transportation
• Consistent attendance and punctuality
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision (we work in teams of 2-3 typically, however those 2-3 individuals should be able to go to separate sections of the home and complete areas independently).

Flexibility:
We can be flexible with scheduling for the right, dependable person-however, reliability comes first. We are open to candidates seeking 1-3 days per week, as long as those days remain consistent each week.
