Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- ensuring all items are clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct cleaning and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of various surfaces.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and responding to feedback promptly.
- Assist in housekeeping management duties, ensuring that all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain records of cleaning tasks completed and report any maintenance issues to management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning, residential cleaning, or commercial cleaning is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results in every task performed.
