About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist (CXS)
someone who’s equal parts inside sales pro, manufacturing enthusiast, and all-around team player. You’ll be the trusted guide for our customers, keeping projects on track, communication flowing, and experiences exceptional from start to finish.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Be the go-to contact for customer projects and orders from quote to fulfillment
- Communicate like a pro through phone, email, and CRM platforms
- Keep internal teams in sync and customer expectations aligned
- Timely and accurately manage projects and orders from PO/Quote setup to fulfilment using ERP and CRM tools
- Handle troubleshooting and problem-solving with confidence
- Track and document customer interactions with accuracy
- Contribute to process improvements and team goals
- Follow company guidelines and bring the good energy every day
What You Bring to the Table:
- 3 years of experience in customer service, sales support, or inside sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Detail-driven and organized under pressure
- Comfort navigating ERP/CRM systems (bonus for Mie Trak™, Job Boss™, or similar)
- Salesforce knowledge a big plus
- A “customer-first” mindset; you care about the experience, not just the transaction
- Big Bonus points if you’ve worked in manufacturing

- Reports to: Sr. Customer Experience Specialist
- Location: In-person at our Bolingbrook, IL HQ
- Travel: None
- Schedule: Full-time (40 hrs/week), Monday–Friday
Compensation & Benefits:
