Job Description: This position assists the front end coordinators with all the administrative tasks associated with the customer experience. Candidates work closely with customer and team members to ensure clear expectation are set to move our vehicles through efficiently and accurately. Ideal candidates must enjoy interacting with customers and handling administrative tasks as they become the main point of contact for customer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Main Responsibility is to ensure in unbeatable CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!
- Answer phones: respond to customer calls and emails, answer questions and redirect calls
- Log updates in our management system
- Log updates for the Rental Car Companies in regards to status of vehicle via online portal
- Update customers status of vehicle via text, email or phone call, working with Production manager updating production log..
- Update our OEM partners with vehicle data using their portal online
- Administrative tasks, such and copying, scanning, saving files on USB drives
- Generate reports for management
