Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prospect new business (calls, networking, referrals, emails, and in-person meetings)
- Build relationships and learn about client needs
- Present insurance solutions that fit the client and close deals
- Manage and grow your book of business (yours to keep)
- Work closely with carriers and track your numbers along the way
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Active 2-20 Property & Casualty License (or Series 215), if you don't have one, we'll help you get it.
- At least 1–3 years in B2B sales or 3 years in insurance sales/service
- Confidence in prospecting, networking, and closing business
- South Florida based (Miami preferred)
