What You’ll Do: The Art of Access
As a key member of our field team, you will be responsible for the full-cycle installation and maintenance of security hardware:
- System Installation: Set up and configure card readers, electrified locksets, electric strikes, and magnetic locks.
- Technical Integration: Handle the "brains" of the operation by performing cabling, wiring, and access control panel integration.
- Blueprint Navigation: Read and interpret technical diagrams and specifications to ensure complex systems function flawlessly.
- Maintenance & Diagnostics: Troubleshoot existing systems to identify and resolve security gaps or hardware failures.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all installations meet rigorous safety and security standards.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 1 years of hands-on experience in access control and door hardware installation.
- Hardware Expertise: Proven proficiency with electrified locksets, integrated hardware, and magnetic locks.
- The "Plus" Factor: Training or certifications with Assa Abloy or Allegion are highly preferred.
- Technical Literacy: Ability to read schematics and technical manuals with high attention to detail.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for diagnosing mechanical and electronic issues on the fly.
