Are you a results-driven, bilingual professional with a talent for closing sales and delivering exceptional customer service? We are looking for an energetic Bilingual Sales Associate to join our team in Stuart and drive furniture sales both in-store and online.
Compensation & Schedule
- Compensation: Commission-based with a negotiable base pay offered for the first 4β6 weeks to ensure support during the initial delivery period.
- 5% commission on furniture sales.
- 15% commission on warranty sales.
- Schedule: Full-time, 10:00 AM β 7:00 PM, with two flexible days off per week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Drive Sales & Manage Process
- Customer Engagement: Enthusiastically greet and assist customers with selecting the perfect furniture pieces.
- Sales Closing: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Financial Processing: Accurately complete customer finance applications and generate sales invoices.
- Digital Sourcing: Proactively scout and engage potential customers online using platforms like Facebook Marketplace and OfferUp.
- Follow-Up: Maintain customer relationships by performing follow-up communication after the purchase is complete.
- Technology Use: Effectively use sales tracking and communication technology for streamlined operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Language: Must be fluent in both English and Spanish (Bilingual Required).
- Experience: Proven previous sales experience is essential.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals.
