Role Overview: The Senior Mechatronics Engineer will lead the design, development, and integration of automated systems across mechanical, electrical, and controls domains. This is a highly technical and hands-on position supporting complex equipment builds, automation projects, system optimization, and new technology implementation. The ideal candidate brings strong engineering judgment, advanced programming and controls expertise, and the ability to drive cross-functional projects from concept through launch. Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10 years of experience in mechatronics, automation, robotics, or controls engineering.
- Advanced knowledge of motion control, sensors, actuators, and system integration.
- Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation software.
- Strong experience with PLC programming, control algorithms, and automation platforms.
- Programming skills in Python, C , MATLAB, or similar.
- Background in industrial automation or manufacturing environments.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication abilities.
- Ability to lead technical projects end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
