About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst 3 (Scrum Master) to support enterprise-level technology and data initiatives. This role requires a seasoned Agile professional who can lead cross-functional teams, drive delivery excellence, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities along with hands-on Scrum Master experience, enabling teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Serve as a servant leader to Agile teams, fostering collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement
- Identify, track, and remove impediments impacting team performance and delivery
- Partner with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clear requirements and priorities
- Analyze business objectives, user requirements, and system capabilities to recommend effective solutions
- Perform cost/benefit analysis and feasibility studies for system enhancements or changes
- Support reporting on team velocity, sprint metrics, and overall delivery progress
- Coach teams on Agile best practices, self-organization, and accountability
- Contribute to large-scale enterprise IT and data platform initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile teams
- Proven experience delivering technology or data platform solutions
- Strong experience facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
- Demonstrated ability to remove delivery impediments and improve team efficiency
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira
- Experience working in enterprise or large-scale IT environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on state or government technology projects
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
