Job Summary
The chaplain will perform duties and responsibilities of a professional chaplain within Prisma Health. The chaplain will be responsible to the Director of Pastoral Care ServicesAccountabilities
- Delivers direct service and professional pastoral care.
- Serves as liaison between hospital system and the religious community.
Supervisory/Management Responsibility
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.
Minimum Requirements
- Masters of Divinity or Theological Studies
- 1 year of Ministry experience
Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses
Licensed, endorsed and ordained by faith/denominational group (Lawson Code COTR)
In Lieu Of The Above Minimum Requirements
4 units CPE will be considered the equivalent of 1 year pastoral care experience
Team members employed in this job prior to July 1, 2020 are grandfathered under prior educational and experience requirements. In addition, team members must be certification eligible and will have one year to obtain required certification.
