What You'll Do
- Prepare metal parts and fabricated components using abrasive blasting equipment
- Remove rust, scale, paint, and other surface contaminants
- Ensure surfaces are properly prepared for painting, coating, or fabrication
- Inspect parts to verify quality and proper surface finish
- Operate blasting equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures
What We're Looking For
- Previous sandblasting, surface preparation, or manufacturing experience
- Experience operating abrasive blasting equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
