Sign Maker & Graphics Designer

This is a hands-on, full-production role for an experienced sign professional who designs and builds. As our Lead Sign Maker, you'll work with state-of-the-art computers, modern software, and industry-leading sign equipment in a fast-paced, high-quality production environment.
This position goes beyond design alone; you'll be actively involved in creating, producing, and applying signage from concept to completion.

IS THIS THE PERFECT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?
- 3 years of commercial sign industry experience
- Proven experience in both design and fabrication
- Strong background in vinyl creation and application
- Large-format digital printing experience
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience with vehicle graphics (preferred)
- Familiarity with Cyrious software (a plus)
- Experience with monument signs, cabinet signs, channel letters, and dimensional lettering (preferred)
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and deadline management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Mechanical and mathematical aptitude
