Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Client Advocate, located in Costa Mesa, CA. The Senior Client Advocate will be responsible for providing expert advice to clients regarding debt management and loan options. Daily tasks include analyzing clients' financial situations, advising on debt solutions, preparing detailed financial reports, and working closely with clients to meet their financial goals. The role also involves maintaining client relationships and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in Debt Management, Financial Advice, and Client Consultation
- Strong Analytical Skills and Financial Report Preparation
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
