The ideal candidate will provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure timely resolution of IT-related problems. Key Responsibilities: ● Provide technical support via phone, email, or in person for hardware, software, and network-related issues. ● Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Microsoft Office, and other software problems. ● Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment. ● Assist in setting up new user accounts and managing access permissions. ● Maintain accurate records of issues and solutions in the ticketing system. ● Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or IT management when necessary. ● Ensure all systems and devices are secure and up to date. Requirements: ● Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). ● 4 year of experience in an IT support or help desk role. ● Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking.
