We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support to employees and clients. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, assist with system installations, and ensure smooth daily IT operations.⸻Key Responsibilities     •    Provide first-level technical support for computers, software, networks, and devices.     •    Respond to help desk tickets, emails, and calls in a timely manner.     •    Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.     •    Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and equipment.     •    Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access permissions.     •    Document issues, solutions, and actions taken in the ticketing system.     •    Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary.     •    Maintain and monitor computer systems and networks.     •    Perform routine system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.     •    Provide excellent customer service and clear communication to non-technical users.⸻Qualifications     •    High school diploma or equivalent required; IT certifications (CompTIA A , Network , etc.) are a plus.     •    Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.     •    Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, MS Office, and basic networking.     •    Ability to troubleshoot hardware (laptops, desktops, printers) and software issues.     •    Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems.     •    Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.     •    Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly.     •    Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.⸻Key Skills     •    Technical troubleshooting     •    Customer service     •    Time management     •    Documentation & reporting     •    Network basics (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN)     •    Hardware/software installation⸻What We Offer     •    Competitive pay     •    Remote and on-site support opportunities     •    Career growth and training programs     •    Supportive team environment     •    Flexible scheduling options
