What You'll Be Doing

• Support the settlement and processing of securities transactions across various asset classes
• Review and verify transaction details to ensure accuracy and timely execution
• Partner with internal teams and external parties to resolve trade and settlement issues
• Investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions
• Monitor operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement and risk reduction
• Maintain accurate records and documentation while adhering to established controls
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction processing
• Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in financial services, banking operations, trade support, settlements, or securities processing
• Knowledge of the trade lifecycle and post-trade operations
• Experience working in a highly regulated or control-focused environment
