About this Position
We’re seeking an Operations Analyst to support a financial services operations team responsible for managing documentation, reporting, and regulatory processes across multiple business lines. This role works within a high-volume, deadline-driven environment and supports operational processes tied to financial products and client accounts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze processes, and help improve operational efficiency while supporting key regulatory and reporting requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Research and resolve client and stakeholder inquiries related to documentation, reporting, and account-related processes.
- Analyze operational workflows and support improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
- Partner with internal teams across operations, technology, compliance, and risk to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Support operational and technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement documentation and testing.
- Track operational metrics and help identify opportunities to improve processes and client service outcomes.
Job Skills/Requirements
- Experience supporting financial services operations, business operations, or analytical roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $19–$22/hour
