Personal Injury Paralegal (Remote)
Salary: $55,000-60,000/year DOE
Locations: CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN: WA, OR, UT, CO | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
About the Role:
We’re looking for an exceptional Personal Injury Paralegal to join our fast-growing, client-focused team. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have solid pre-litigation experience, and know your way around Filevine, this role is a standout opportunity. You’ll partner directly with experienced attorneys on a wide range of meaningful, complex cases while supporting clients across multiple states—making a real impact every day. This is a remote opportunity offered to individuals residing in Washington, Oregon, Utah and Colorado.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with attorneys in all phases of pre-litigation
- Prepare case files for demands, gather records, and maintain client communication
- Draft settlement demands and negotiate with insurance companies
- Manage associate paralegals and coordinate internal workflows
- Review and summarize medical records and other documentation
- Ensure case files are complete, accurate, and organized
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties
- Support attorneys in preparing cases for settlement
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-5 years of experience as a personal injury paralegal
- Experience in Filevine and pre-litigation
- Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate from an accredited institution
- Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal procedures
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Must reside in WA, OR, UT, or CO
