Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and warehouse personnel, including training, performance monitoring, and enforcement of safety and conduct standards
• Oversee daily shipping schedules to ensure accurate, on-time delivery and maintain high-quality standards
• Manage storage, handling, and preparation of automotive parts for shipment to ensure efficiency and product integrity
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy using PLEX, including involvement in annual physical inventory processes
• Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs documentation
• Inspect and monitor warehouse equipment performance, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed
• Support logistics and traffic operations to ensure timely delivery and optimize transportation efficiency
• Package, label and ship service orders by Fed Ex and local truck deliveries.
• Scan and label freight as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
