- Dedicated office space at one of our Katy locations
- Access to five Primrose campuses, with the LPC seeing clients at one - two campuses per day depending on campus caseload
- A strong referral pipeline from enrolled families and staff
- Opportunities to build meaningful relationships with school leadership, teaching teams, and school families
We are seeking a counselor who:
- Demonstrates exceptional communication, professionalism, and follow‑through
- Builds trust quickly with children, their families and the school staff
- Values collaboration with educators and school leaders
- Is comfortable managing their own caseload, schedule, and documentation
- Thrives in a school‑based environment supporting young children and their families
- LPC sets their own daily schedule within Primrose business hours: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Clients are seen on‑site, rotating across five Primrose campuses
- Office space is provided at one designated location for administrative work and client sessions
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or LPC‑Associate under approved supervision
- Experience working with young children, families, or school communities
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a consistent weekly caseload
