As a Toddler Teacher at Primrose School of Mt. Juliet, you will provide a safe and loving environment for babies ranging in age from 12 to 24 months old. Through a daily schedule of purposeful play, you’ll help lay a strong foundation as children navigate a classroom environment, build their motor skills and grow their vocabulary. Provide the security and stimulation they require to help them explore the world around them safely and confidently.

Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
• Must have patience and a strong desire to love and nurture young children
• Work experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred
• Must meet required state background check
• Must be able to work on iPad to enter children's daily logs and write incident reports and messages to parents. Up to par with oral and written skills
• Patience, attentive, and understanding for young children and their developmental needs
• Sense of urgency and flexibility
• Positive and caring attitude
• Coachable (receptive to feedback)
