- Demonstrate flexibility by working with various age groups and adapting to diverse classroom needs.
- Bring creativity, energy, and enthusiasm to hands-on, developmentally appropriate learning experiences.
- Foster a safe, nurturing, and Christ-centered environment where every child feels loved, valued, and supported.
- Plan, implement, and assess engaging lessons and activities that promote both spiritual and academic development.
- Observe, document, and communicate each child’s progress with parents and caregivers, building strong partnerships with families.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a unified, supportive learning community.
- Maintain classroom materials and spaces that are safe, clean, and well-organized.
- Uphold all state licensing standards and the policies and procedures of Concrete Christian Academy.
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in early childhood education or a licensed childcare setting.
- Alignment with the mission, statement of faith, and values of Concrete Christian Academy.
- Professional, dependable, and organized team player with strong communication skills.
- Commitment to guiding young children in their spiritual and academic development.
