As a Preschool Teacher, you will bring our exclusive Balanced Learning® approach to life through engaging lessons, hands-on activities, purposeful play, and nurturing relationships. You'll help children develop the academic, social, emotional, and problem-solving skills they need to become confident learners and caring citizens.

What You'll Do
As a Preschool Teacher, you will:
- Implement Primrose's exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum
- Create engaging, hands-on learning experiences that support literacy, mathematics, science, creative arts, and social-emotional development
- Foster curiosity, independence, and a love of learning through purposeful play and teacher-guided instruction
- Support children's cognitive, physical, social, and emotional growth
- Utilize Primrose Friends and character development lessons to teach important life skills such as kindness, responsibility, teamwork, and perseverance
- Observe, assess, and document student progress and developmental milestones
- Build strong partnerships with families through ongoing communication
- Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
- Guide children using positive behavior management techniques
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership team members to create exceptional learning experiences

Qualifications
- Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool-age children preferred
- Must meet all state requirements for classroom teaching positions
- Ability to maintain required state in-service training
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and participate in classroom activities
- Basic computer and technology skills
