As an Infant Teacher, you will help build the foundation for lifelong learning through Primrose's exclusive Balanced Learning® approach, which combines purposeful care, responsive interactions, and age-appropriate learning experiences designed to support each child's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.

Every smile, milestone, and moment matters—and you'll play an important role in helping infants feel loved, secure, and ready to explore the world around them.

What You'll Do

As an Infant Teacher, you will:

• Create a warm, nurturing, and safe classroom environment for infants
• Implement Primrose's exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum for infants
• Foster strong bonds and trusting relationships with children and families
• Support developmental milestones through intentional interactions, sensory experiences, music, language development, and play
• Maintain feeding, diapering, sleeping, and daily care routines while meeting each child's individual needs
• Observe and document developmental progress and classroom activities
• Communicate daily with families regarding their child's care, growth, and accomplishments
• Ensure classrooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Follow all health, safety, and licensing requirements
• Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and leadership team members to provide exceptional care and education

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Education coursework or degree preferred
• Previous experience working with infants or young children preferred
• Must meet all state requirements for classroom teaching positions
• Ability to maintain required state in-service training
• CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (training available)
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, and interact with infants throughout the day
• Ability to bend, kneel, sit on the floor, and actively engage with children
• Basic computer and technology skills
