As an Infant Teacher, you will help build the foundation for lifelong learning through Primrose's exclusive Balanced Learning® approach, which combines purposeful care, responsive interactions, and age-appropriate learning experiences designed to support each child's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.

What You'll Do
As an Infant Teacher, you will:
- Create a warm, nurturing, and safe classroom environment for infants
- Implement Primrose's exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum for infants
- Foster strong bonds and trusting relationships with children and families
- Support developmental milestones through intentional interactions, sensory experiences, music, language development, and play
- Maintain feeding, diapering, sleeping, and daily care routines while meeting each child's individual needs
- Observe and document developmental progress and classroom activities
- Communicate daily with families regarding their child's care, growth, and accomplishments
- Ensure classrooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Follow all health, safety, and licensing requirements
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and leadership team members to provide exceptional care and education

Qualifications
- Early Childhood Education coursework or degree preferred
- Previous experience working with infants or young children preferred
- Must meet all state requirements for classroom teaching positions
- Ability to maintain required state in-service training
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, and interact with infants throughout the day
- Ability to bend, kneel, sit on the floor, and actively engage with children
- Basic computer and technology skills
