As a Toddler Teacher, you will create a nurturing and engaging environment where children feel safe, loved, and encouraged to learn through exploration and play. Through Primrose's exclusive Balanced Learning® approach, you'll help toddlers build confidence, communication skills, independence, and a strong foundation for future learning.

What You'll Do
As a Toddler Teacher, you will:
- Implement Primrose's exclusive Balanced Learning® curriculum
- Create engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote language, social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Foster curiosity and exploration through hands-on learning experiences
- Support children as they develop independence, self-help skills, and confidence
- Build meaningful relationships with children and their families
- Guide toddlers using positive behavior management techniques
- Observe and document developmental milestones and progress
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and nurturing classroom environment
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, diapering, toileting, and transitions
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership team members to create exceptional learning experiences

Qualifications
- Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Previous experience working with toddlers or young children preferred
- Must meet all state requirements for classroom teaching positions
- Ability to maintain required state in-service training
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred (training available)
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day
- Ability to bend, kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and participate in daily classroom activities
- Basic computer and technology skills
