Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping operations with energy and precision. Duties

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, ensuring all cleaning tasks meet quality standards and safety regulations
• Lead, motivate, and manage housekeeping staff, fostering a team-oriented environment focused on efficiency and excellence
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules for guest rooms, public areas, laundry facilities, and back-of-house spaces
• Oversee custodial and industrial cleaning processes, ensuring sanitation protocols are strictly followed to maintain hygiene standards
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor cleanliness, safety compliance, and sanitation practices across all areas of the hotel
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, laundry services, and janitorial equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, customer service excellence, and management protocols

Requirements

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or custodial services within the hospitality industry
• Strong background in cleaning techniques including commercial cleaning, industrial cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry operations
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing staff schedules effectively
• Excellent communication skills suited for managerial roles in hospitality environments
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to cleaning chemicals, equipment handling, and workplace safety standards
• Ability to oversee janitorial processes while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction
• Familiarity with management tools for team supervision and cleaning & sanitation management
