We are currently seeking a Design Engineer to join our team. This full-time, day-shift position will collaborate with both new and existing customers to design and develop custom solutions and value-added applications for our growing client base.
The ideal candidate will be professional, independent, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, motivated to learn, and eager to grow within a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
- 2 years related experience, preferably in packaging development and design - experience in the plastics industry strongly desired *Please note – we are willing to consider a candidate who does not have this experience, but has the appropriate educational background
- Associate’s Degree in Design Technology or related field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Esko ArtiosCAD, and/or SolidWorks preferred
- Superior customer service, communication and organizational skills required
- Ability to work both independently and with a team, to manage multiple projects and meet critical
- project milestones in support of internal and external customers
- Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office
