PrimeStaff Services is a retained and recruitment process outsourcing firm that provides companies with comprehensive solutions required to attract, hire and retain key employees for hard to fill positions. We are seeking candidates to fill the following position:
Recruiter, Full-Time - Hybrid
As a Recruiter, you will develop recruiting strategies in support of organizational staffing objectives and execute those strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions. The Recruiter will determine, or be provided with, staffing needs from the client. They will identify and recruit qualified candidates from the candidate pipeline.
Candidates will be qualified via phone pre-screen based on client requirements and presented to the client. The Recruiter will be expected to maintain a relationship with the candidate through the cycle of recruitment, field general inquiries and escalate when needed. Approved candidates will be scheduled for interviews by the scheduler.
The Recruiter will participate in weekly update and team calls as needed, make site visits and perform other duties as assigned.
We are interested in candidates that have a High School Diploma or equivalent, two years of recruiting experience and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) experience is preferred. The candidate must have effective communication, both written and verbal, develop and maintain effective working relationship across the organization and have the ability to prioritize, organize and multi-task. The candidate must also be proficient with Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
