Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid Entry Level Customer Service role based in Blue Ash, OH, with some remote working flexibility. The role involves daily interaction with clients via phone, email, or in-person to address and resolve inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Additional responsibilities include tracking customer interactions, documenting feedback, and providing efficient solutions to enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Service practices
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and improving Customer Experience
- Excellent Phone Etiquette and clear communication abilities
- Detail-oriented and well-organized, with efficient problem-solving capabilities
