Job Summary
An Austin original printing firm is seeking an entry level customer service / sale representative for our Graphics Department. We are looking someone who is a reliable team player, capable of multitasking, and customer oriented. You will need to be able to lift up to 40 pounds, have good written and verbal communication skills, be a good listener, and be able to establish & maintain positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities
You will be engaging and quoting printing customers via email, phone, or walking into our store front. You will also be performing site surveys, taking measurements for graphics to be installed in our client’s offices, and pricing these jobs out for the customer.
Requirements
Friendly positive attitude, teamwork, and being customer centered are a must. Proficiency in customer service and the ability to problem solve using multiple solutions is needed. Experience / education in the printing and graphics industry will be favorably considered. Strong / advanced computer skills is appreciated and needed.
Geographical territory includes Greater Austin, San Antonio, Houston and Dallas.
Background and Drug test required.
Reliable personal vehicle required.
Full paid health insurance after 90 days and other benefits available.
