Position Summary:
The Warehouse/Delivery Associate supports inbound and outbound product processes with accuracy, efficiency, and safety. This role includes loading, transporting, and delivering products to job sites using a box truck, as well as receiving and organizing incoming shipments. The position plays an important role in ensuring successful project execution and contributing to customer satisfaction.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Load and secure outbound products at the warehouse for delivery to construction job sites.
- Drive a company box truck safely and responsibly.
- Unload and inventory inbound products, verifying accuracy against bills of lading.
- Pick up materials from suppliers and return them to the warehouse, ensuring accuracy.
- Deliver products to job sites, offload, and stage materials for installation.
- Verify that all required materials are delivered using company-provided paperwork.
- Support warehouse operations as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Ability to read and comprehend safety manuals and procedures.
- English proficiency (bilingual is a plus).
- Ability to lift 75 lbs. independently and 150 lbs. with assistance.
- Availability Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with some overtime required.
