What You’ll Do
As a Cabinet Service Technician, you'll travel throughout the Colorado Springs area to inspect, repair, adjust, and service cabinetry while providing outstanding customer service. You'll work independently to diagnose issues, complete repairs, and ensure customer satisfaction on every service call.
Responsibilities Include
- Review work orders and collaborate with office personnel to optimize daily service routes throughout the Colorado Springs region
- Perform cabinet repairs, adjustments, deliveries, installations, and parts replacements as needed
- Diagnose issues, troubleshoot problems, and determine effective solutions in the field
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, builders, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service while representing the company professionally
- Support additional service and operational needs as assigned
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Customer-focused, professional, and dependable
- Experienced in cabinetry, finish carpentry, or construction trades with strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Comfortable working independently and managing daily schedules
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship
- A strong communicator who can build positive relationships with customers
- Solution-oriented and able to adapt to changing job site conditions
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with cabinet installation, cabinet service, finish carpentry, construction, or related trades
- Knowledge of cabinet components, hardware, and repair techniques
- Minimum of 5 years of driving experience with a valid CO driver's license and clean MVR
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience working directly with homeowners and builders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and OneDrive
