Plaintiff-side employment attorneys
Litigators without employment specialization
Candidates seeking remote or hybrid roles

What You’ll Be Doing
Handle employment litigation matters including discrimination and wrongful termination
Advise clients on compliance, policies, and employment agreements
Represent clients in administrative proceedings (EEOC and state agencies)
Support internal and external employment-related matters
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of management-side employment experience
Experience in both litigation and counseling
Strong drafting and client advisory skills
Interest in helping build a practice
