- Implement SECURE Act changes and regulatory updates.
- Collaborate on M&A benefits diligence and plan integration.
- Substantive employee benefits law firm experience.
- Focus on retirement plans and qualified plan work.
- Plan-sponsor-side counseling or transactional experience.
- Active bar admission in any US state.
- Expertise in ERISA qualified plan compliance.
- Strong legal drafting and written communication.
Salary : $139,000 - $192,000
