Our team-first approach means associates work directly with partners from day one, gaining hands-on deposition and trial experience most junior attorneys wait years for. Defend Fortune 500 companies, major retail businesses, national transportation carriers, and insurance companies in litigation claims throughout New York State, in state and federal court, working directly alongside firm partners.
- Handle depositions, court appearances, and motion practice in state and federal courts.
- Advise clients on strategy, risk management, and insurance issues.
- Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.
- Collaborate with partners and colleagues to develop case strategies and deliver exceptional client service.
