- Handle PERM labor certifications and recruitment.
- Prepare and submit EB-1 petitions.
- Process nonimmigrant visa petitions.
- Manage J-1 waiver applications.
- Experience with PERM labor certification cases.
- Employment-based nonimmigrant petition experience.
- EB-1 or other immigrant visa petition drafting.
- Employer-side immigration practice focus.
- Proficiency in immigration case management systems.
- Client service orientation with corporate HR teams.
