What You'll Do
- Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications.
- Prepare patentability opinions for mechanical engineering clients.
- Strategically plan and maintain patent portfolios.
- Work on matters involving machines and mechanical inventions.
- Collaborate with a national IP team across multiple offices.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
- Patent drafting and prosecution experience.
- USPTO registration.
- Juris Doctorate (JD).
- Active bar admission in District of Columbia, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York or Pennsylvania.
- Strong academic record and communication skills.
Salary : $215,000 - $270,000
