This is not a traditional front desk role.
This is a high-impact, patient-facing position responsible for helping people take action on their health while directly contributing to clinic growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Converting inbound inquiries into scheduled evaluations
- Verifying out-of-network (OON) benefits and communicating clearly
- Helping patients commit to a structured Plan of Care
- Managing scheduling, follow-ups, and front desk flow
- Supporting providers by helping set up patients when needed
- Following up with leads through CRM (including Facebook inquiries)
- Supporting call volume and administrative needs for our Riverside location
Qualifications & Experience (Preferred)
- 1 year experience in front desk, medical, dental, PT, or wellness setting
- Proven ability to handle inbound calls and convert them into appointments
- Comfortable discussing pricing and value with patients
- Experience verifying insurance or out-of-network (OON) benefits is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM, scheduling software, or EMR/EHR systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and consistent follow-through
- Spanish-speaking is a plus
