- Place of work: Health Unit, Building 4822, AFRC Main Campus, Edwards, CA.
- Works the AFRC 9/80 standard schedule; the Edwards campus must operate with a minimum of one LMP present during opening (07:00–07:30 AM) and closing (4:00–4:30 PM; 3:00–3:30 PM on working Fridays).
- July / August 2026.
- Provides overall technical and administrative management for all staff under the contract; responsible for ensuring accomplishment of all contract requirements.
- Serves as the primary point of regular communication with the CO/COR, including notification of any issue affecting contract operation.
- Resolves daily-activity conflicts and plans future operations.
- Coordinates with the COR on: fitness center facility supplies/equipment; medical supply ordering; medical waste management; corrective action plans for audits/reviews; the monthly OHM3 metrics meeting agenda; Quest invoice review; and Health Unit CLIA/CLR.
- Any change or delegation of SM responsibilities requires advance written notice to the CO and COR.
- Must be a licensed medical professional — either an MD/DO or a Registered Nurse (RN).
- If serving as an RN: must hold California RN License, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, CAOHC, and NIOSH Spirometry Course completion.
- Professional liability (malpractice) insurance.
