Work Schedule: 24/7, including weekends and holidays (rotating shifts up to 12.5 hours, 40 hours/week max)

Qualifications
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1 year of clerical or healthcare administrative experience preferably in hospital admissions.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Handle all patient admissions and discharges, verifying and updating patient demographics in the MTF EMR
- Answer phones, relay messages within 10 minutes, and manage trauma labels/forms
- Register patients, assist EMS, and scan records into the EMR within 24 hours
- Coordinate follow-ups, schedule appointments, and notify specialty departments
- Participate in drills (trauma, mass casualty, code blue), maintain disposition logs
- Generate daily statistical reports, initiate certified letters for abnormal results
- Support providers with consultations, referrals, and documentation accuracy
