Job Title: Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)

Shift Schedule: Two weeks on / two weeks off rotation. Specific daily hours and call schedule will be provided based on facility requirements.
How Many Shifts Needed per Month: Approximately two weeks of coverage per month per provider, based on the two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off rotation.
License:
- Active, valid, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN CNM) license in any U.S. state
Certifications:
- Board Certification from American College of Nurse Midwifery (ACNM)
- BLS / CPR
- DEA
Experience Needed: Previous clinical experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife, including prenatal care and obstetric delivery experience, preferred.
Special Skills Needed:
Experience providing prenatal and maternal healthcare services
Experience managing routine obstetric care and deliveries
Ability to assess and manage patients throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and the postpartum period
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to work effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team
Credentialing / Onboarding Time: 6 weeks to 8 weeks
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive Certified Nurse Midwife services to patients at the Rosebud location.
Provide prenatal clinic services, including routine prenatal assessments, examinations, education, and follow-up care.
Manage and participate in obstetric deliveries within the provider's scope of practice.
Evaluate and monitor patients throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and the postpartum period.
Identify changes in maternal or fetal condition and coordinate with physicians or other clinical staff when higher-level intervention is required.
Provide patient education regarding prenatal care, labor and delivery, postpartum care, and related women's health needs.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records and clinical documentation.
Coordinate care with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Follow all applicable facility policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety requirements.
Misc: Certified Nurse Midwives are required to support coverage under a two-weeks-on/two-weeks-off rotational model at the Rosebud location.
