Shift Schedule:

• Monday Friday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Clinic
• Weekday Call: Monday Friday, 5:00 PM 8:00 AM
• One physician will be on call at a time, with call coverage split between the two physicians.

How many shifts needed per month: Monday Friday clinic coverage; shared weekday call schedule

License: Active and unrestricted medical license

Certifications: BLS and PALS

Experience needed: Min of 2 years of experience

Special Skills needed:

• Strong pediatric clinical and diagnostic skills
• Ability to provide comprehensive pediatric care
• Excellent communication and patient/family interaction skills
• Ability to manage routine and acute pediatric conditions
• Comfortable participating in shared weekday call coverage

Credentialing / Onboarding time: 6 8 weeks

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pediatric care in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat pediatric patients.
• Perform routine pediatric examinations, well-child visits, and preventive care.
• Manage acute illnesses and common pediatric conditions.
• Develop and communicate appropriate treatment plans to patients and families.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Participate in the shared weekday on-call schedule.
