Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Soldier Readiness Processing Center (SRP), William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), 18511 Highlander Medics St, Fort Bliss, TX 79906, and outlying clinics.
Tentative Start Date: 1 April 2026
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 0500-1630 (SRP operational hours). Up to 48 mission-driven overage hours per FTE may be required annually beyond regularly scheduled duty hours, as authorized by the Government.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Degree General Educational Development (GED) equivalency.
- Experience:
- Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience within the last three (3) years in program assistance/management support role.
- Possess sufficient proficiency to work with automated systems utilizing common software such as MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- License / Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or Red Cross) required.
- Other Requirements: U.S. Citizenship required.
- Provide administrative support for Soldier Readiness Processing (SRP) operations during mobilization, demobilization, redeployment, and separation activities.
- Manage appointment schedules, sign-in rosters, and administrative tracking tools used to support SRP workflow.
- Prepare, update, and maintain administrative documents, logs, and reports required to support readiness processing.
- Coordinate administrative actions between clinical sections, supervisors, and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor administrative task completion to support timely processing of service members through SRP stations.
- Maintain organized records and files in accordance with Government administrative procedures.
- Respond to routine administrative inquiries from staff and service members related to SRP processing.
- Support surge administrative operations during peak MOB/DEMOB cycles, including extended duty hours when mission required.
