Prime IV is a premium IV therapy and wellness spa delivering high-quality, medical-grade treatments in a hospitality-forward environment. We are rapidly growing and looking for a hands-on Assistant Spa Manager with medical experience who thrives in structure, accountability, and leadership.
This is not a passive role. You will be expected to lead, coach, enforce standards, and help drive performance.

Medical background required (RN, LPN, CMA, EMT, Paramedic, or similar clinical experience).
Key Responsibilities
Clinical & Operational Support
- Support daily spa operations and patient flow
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, documentation, and safety standards
- Assist with incident reports, client concerns, and escalations
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of treatment areas
Team Leadership
- Help manage schedules, coverage, and attendance
- Coach nurses on professionalism, client experience, and upselling
- Enforce SOPs, appearance standards, and phone-use policies
- Participate in onboarding, training, and performance feedback
Client Experience & Sales
- Ensure exceptional client experience from check-in to check-out
- Support membership conversions and add-on education
- Assist in closing sales when needed
- Handle client feedback professionally and promptly
Administrative Duties
- Assist with inventory management and supply ordering
- Support KPI tracking (bookings, utilization, revenue per chair)
- Communicate effectively with Owner/Manager
- Help execute marketing or outreach initiatives as assigned
Requirements
- Medical or clinical background (required)
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and decision-making skills
- Comfortable holding staff accountable
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work evenings/weekends as needed
